WE GENERALLY SHIP BY UPS (United Parcel Service).

We ship according to UPS Holiday shipping schedule. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges for UPS Ground Service in the U.S. are quoted as follows:

Shipping Policies

    1. Extra large/heavy boxes will be charged additional fees. Any additional charge we will contact you before applying these charges. This modified amount will be shown in your credit card statement.
    2. Anything shipped using a Freight company might possibly include additional charges for shipping. We will however contact you the customer before applying these charges.
    3. Shipping costs for UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, and (Extra large/heavy, Multiple box orders) are calculated using your zip code, the weight and size of the item(s) and the UPS rate tables. If you need an estimated shipping cost on any product please contact us at  866-916-1740

*NOTE: The best way to get an estimated shipping cost for your order is to add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will calculate your estimated shipping cost before you finalize your order.

All orders are subject to a minimum shipping charge.

Shipping Errors: Mistakes do happen. We are persistent in giving our customers the service they deserve. When a mistake does happen please notify us immediately so we may correct the problem and keep you the customer happy. You can let us know of any problems at  866-916-1740.

Please remember, sometimes an order is sent in several boxes.

Shipping Estimated Times: UPS Standard Ground Service shipping time from our west coast facility to the east coast is about 3 to 7 business.

Ground Service (UPS) Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our number one goal is to keep our customers satisfied; therefore we do everything possible to facilitate your requests. All returns should be handle in following manner.

To return/repair or exchange the item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us immediately at 866-916-1740 or email us at cs@shop-4-toys.com
  2. Products and all of its content must be returned 30 days from the shipping date.
  3. Please enclose an explanation or documentation for the reason of return or problem.
  4. Send product back to the location that has been instructed to you by one of our representatives.


**Important***

15% restocking fee could apply, depending on product & condition,  to any returns and the customer would be responsible for the return shipment of the product.

In order to fulfill all your requests, these steps mention above must be follow so we may accept the product in the appropriate manner. Any neglect of the steps mentioned above could void your request for return.

Can I return food supplies?

Due to strict laws in the United States regarding selling perishable items, such as food. We cannot accept any returns, we could only exchange the damage food supply item for an undamaged item. If you have more questions regarding food supply returns please contact us at 866-916-1740.
